Thanks to support from our partners at Impact Funding, we are pleased to launch our next phase of Scottish Archery Development Ambassadors Programme. Applications are open to individuals within clubs or local communities.
As you know we are holding a virtual AGM this year, due to COVID-19 Restrictions. The Annual General Meeting will take place online on Saturday, 21 November at 10.30 am. and we have today sent an email to all Club Secretaries, Direct Members and MailChimp subscribers.
Scottish sporting governing bodies have been invited to nominate their most promising athletes for consideration by SportsAid Scotland for grants to be awarded in 2021.
Any athlete that is keen to be nominated by Scottish Archery should consider the criteria below:
Following on from the First Minister’s announcement earlier in the week all partners across the sporting system are committed to the safe return of sport.
Following the First Minister’s latest announcement we can confirm that there is no change to the guidance regarding Archery.
As we continue to work with other Scottish Governing Bodies and sportscotland we are able to provide some further updates to the phase 3 guidance.
The newest parts including the previous update around indoor activity are listed in red.
All members will shortly receive the notice and election form for the 2020 Scottish Archery AGM, due to take place on November 21st. As mentioned previously, we will be conducting a digital meeting this year using a video conferencing solution.
The Scottish Archery Board wish to advise members that this year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 am on Saturday, 21 November 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the AGM will be held digitally.
