I write to you regarding this year’s Scottish Archery AGM which takes place on Saturday, 20 November.
As you will know, we are delivering the AGM online again this year and it is free to attend for Scottish Archery members. We have also provided some items for members to vote on which are part of the statutory business of an AGM such as Election of Directors and our process to approve our nominated account inspectors.
We need more votes than are currently cast in order to proceed with the statutory business and I strongly encourage members to go online to this link here and please cast your votes. There is no voting on the day of the AGM - we have offered the voting facility online as we did last year.
The AGM voting form can be found HERE
Please do remember to cast your vote – even if you cannot attend the AGM. In order to allow more time, we have extended the voting deadline to 5pm on Thursday November 18th.
I am also pleased to confirm we will have Archery GB Chair Mark Briegal join us again at the AGM as he did last year. It is always great to have key partners in attendance and I hope you are able to join me and your Board at the AGM this coming Saturday – but if you aren’t, please do remember to cast your vote!
