Scottish Archers Perform Well at Disability Champs

What a rollercoaster of a day for the Scottish archers at the The Worshipful Company of Fletchers' Disability Championships 2021.

Finlay Clark met James Hamilton in the semi finals of the Compound Open and Cameron Radigan met Kate Murray in the recurve mixed open.

Finlay produced an amazing 145 that put him in the gold medal match and James in the bronze medal match.

Cameron beat Kate 6-0 in 3 very close ends so he could advance to the gold medal match while Kate headed confidentiality into the bronze medal match.

James produced a 131 to beat Louise Naylor and take the Bronze medal and Finlay dug deep for a 144 against Grace Chappell to take Gold.

Kate came back to form to take the Bronze from Graham Hadfield in  a 6-0 three end finish. Where Cameron faced off against Paul Browne in a nail biting H2H, 1-1, 1-3, 3-3, 4-4. Then Cameron took two points in the final end to take the Gold 6-4.

Once again a small team of Scottish archers produced an impressive medal haul at another national event.
