Getting your scores in

Team

It is the archer's responsibility to ensure that the Score Collator (see Officials) has a correct record of their scores. The Selection Committee determines the Selection Period for a shoot.

Archers are required to let the Scores Collator know their scores within 48 hours of a tournament, and the Scores Collator will then produce a ranking list for publication, as the rankings change, throughout the season.

Squad

The squad criteria is as published and archers who meet the qualifying criteria will be invited to participate in squad. Dates will be published as soon as possible

Receiving the phone call

Archers qualifying for the teams will be contacted in ranking order by the Scores Collator within three days of close of selection period. If due to illness etc this timeframe cannot be met, notification of any delay will be posted on the front page of the website.

It is the archer's responsibility to make sure that the Scores Collator and Team Manager has a note of their telephone number.
